MY SPANGLISH CUISINE (Blog and youtube channel) where born in NY with the concept of sharing typical recipes of our cultures and international gastronomy, without needing titles or experience in just minutes and with the products that we have at hand of the day to day to follow, share and elaborate.

The word “SPANGLISH” identifies us as immigrants who speak Spanish as a first language and that when living with the English language in the USA, we have become accustomed to mixing in any type of conversation words in English and in Spanish giving way to the concept (deeply rooted above all in New York) “span = Spanish and glish = English” in the popular language

MY SPANGLISH CUISINE (Blog and youtube chanel) nace en NY con el concepto de compartir recetas de cocina tipicas de nuestras culturas y de la gastronomia internacional, que sin necesidad de titulos ni experiencia en solo minutos y con los productos que tenemos a mano del dia a dia las podemas seguir y elaborar.

La palabra “SPANGLISH” nos identifica como inmigrantes que hablamos español como primera lengua y que al convivir con el idioma inglés en USA, nos hemos acostumbrado a mezclar en cualquier tipo de conversacion palabras en inglés y en español dando paso al concepto (muy arraigado sobretodo en New York)  “span = español y glish = inglés” en la lengua popular
